Sea Spiral



With the intention to create an interactive sculpture related to the sea and  to subjects covered during my residency at the school.

When the final weeks were near this developed into a double spiral maze of willow and flags.
Circles, the ocean, children and games became the Sea Spiral, and a flag representing every child in the school.

Children and Spiral

Every child in the school  had a silk flag attached to their wrist to represent the fishes swimming in the sea.
